New business manager for Hartley Dental

We’re delighted to welcome Edd Jones to Hartley Dental as our new business manager. Edd joined us this summer and is already helping us improve the service we offer our patients.Edd brings with him 10 years of experience from the private sector where he’s taken on various operational and management roles, including make sure everything was ‘62 tickety-boo’ at Mecca Bingo. In his role as business manager, Edd will oversee the operational side of the practice and its day to day running including finance management, HR management, recruitment, compliance and patient satisfaction surveys and analysis.When he’s not busy ensuring the smooth running of the practice, Edd enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing as much sport as his body will allow, mainly rugby and football!Next time you come in for an appointment do feel free to say hello as Edd is doing his best to meet all of our patients first hand and I’m sure you’ll join us in giving him a warm welcome.
