I no longer feel this way due to all the staff making me feel welcome and relaxed. From reception, to the dental nurses, the hygienist and the actual dentist. I could mention all their names, but I'd be afraid to miss someone out. Also being considerate and taking the time to listen to my fears. Easily the best dental surgery I have ever been to.
