We’ve created a convenient way to start your journey with Hartley Dental:

1. A FREE Virtual Consultation – a quick and easy way for you to tell us what your main priorities are. You tell us your wants & desires, upload some photos of your teeth and Dr. Poyner or Dr. Patel will send you an invitation…

2. … for a video or telephone consultation (you choose which!) – This costs £25 and will take 15 minutes. This is a chance for you to meet Dr. Poyner or Dr. Patel and ask them questions, put a face to a name on a video call & build some initial rapport. They will talk you through your virtual consultation findings and explain the next steps available for helping you.

3. Welcoming you to the practice – The face-to-face consultation is the final step & these consultations are £149.00 & last 45 minutes. Dr. Poyner or Dr. Patel will talk you through the benefits of this consultation during the video call. Once this appointment is completed, they will give you your fully personalised diagnostic document & treatment plan, detailing your treatment options and the prices associated with them.
